Your name, email address, and phone number are collected through the in-app registration form when you create an account for the first time. This data is submitted to our secure server solely for the purpose of OTP-based email verification.
No data collection occurs after successful verification. The App operates entirely offline once your identity has been verified.

Your name, email address, and phone number are stored on our secure server located at continuumlegacy.tech. We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5.2 On-Device Storage
All asset and personal information you enter into the App after verification is stored exclusively on your device in an encrypted vault. This data never leaves your device, is never transmitted to our servers or any third party, is protected by a master password that only you know, and cannot be recovered by Continuum Legacy if lost.

Brevo acts solely as a data processor on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than delivering emails we request. Brevo does not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with other third parties. Brevo is GDPR-compliant and ISO 27001 certified. Email delivery logs are retained by Brevo for up to 24 months for operational purposes.

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with any advertising networks or data brokers.
We retain your registration data (name, email, phone number) on our server for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide support.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at continuumlegacy.tech@gmail.com. Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove your personal information from our servers within 30 days.
On-device data is retained until you uninstall the App or manually reset the vault. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.
